your own cycle of stress and how to influence its negative effects through mind power, stress booster foods, relaxation principles,
herbs and other stress reducing techniques. Optional Profiles for Training Sessions: Coping and Stress Profiles – determine
current stress levels in four areas: personal, work, relationship and family. Assess current coping resources, life satisfaction
and specific areas to work on.
Fitness, fat loss and feeling good
Learn how to maintain a healthy body and a happy mind.
This session will teach you how the choices you make every day impact on your body, your health, your weight and your
life. From the biological to the psychological, you’ll understand the influence of genetics, food, movement, metabolism,
emotions, and more.

Experiential Activities
Energisers for body and brain (15 min to 1 hour)
Our short dynamic energisers get people ready for your conference session.
Many people become mentally overloaded during a conference. These circuit-breakers allow your team to re-energise and
stretch their minds to stay receptive to the conference content. These sessions may be a morning ‘wake-up’ or
short bursts throughout the day.
